Repair Services Terms & Conditions and 90 Day Warranty


Kordio offers 90 Days Parts & Labour warranty on repairs and component replacements, except for repairs using (Grade A) components which are covered for 30 days only. This does not cover physical damage, water damage, voided warranty stickers or any damage caused by unlocking a mobile phone, and only covers faults arising in the course of normal use.


Within 90 days, or 30 days for (Grade A), from the point of receipt, defective repairs or component replacements will be fully tested to verify the fault. Should a repair or component replacement not be found to be defective it will be returned back to you, however should a repair or component replacement be found to be defective we will first seek to repair or replace the faulty component. If no replacement or repair can be done, a refund will be given of the original price paid.

 

All items posted to Kordio for repair under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to Kordio receiving such items the risk of loss and title for such items remains with the customer. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to us upon delivery from the carrier. As such, Kordio recommends that when sending items for repair you use an insured and/or traceable method of transit, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

 

Goods not collected after 14 days may be disposed of or sold on by Kordio.

 

All decisions are final unless otherwise decided by the Store Manager or a Company Director.
